New Vista Care Home

Admissions to New Vista Care Home are managed by Continuing Care in your Health Authority. Please refer to Continuing Care Services in your Health Authority for any inquiries regarding admissions.

The New Vista Care Home is a 236-bed Intermediate Care Facility. All residents enjoy the privacy of a single room. The facility is divided into five 'villages', including Rose Garden (38 rooms, first floor), Cypress Grove (96 rooms, second floor) and Willow Place (49 rooms, third floor). Maple Lane (first floor) is a 30-bed secured unit for residents at risk of wandering. Aspen Grove (first floor) is a 23-bed secured unit specifically designed for residents who have Alzheimer's type dementia.

Residents are placed in a village according to their needs.
