The New Vista Society operates 540 independent, affordable apartments for seniors and families. Affordable housing is housing that does not cost more than 30% of a household's gross monthly income.

The units are located in seven separate developments within Burnaby. Most of the senior units are all located within a short distance of the intersection of Canada Way and Edmonds. The family units and 12 of the senior units are located in the 8200 block of 11th Avenue in East Burnaby.

The senior buildings are Ernest Winch Tower (174 units), New Vista Tower (174 units), Douglas Manor (51 units), Grace MacInnis Place (24 units) and Margaret Bacchus Manor (39 units). JS Woodsworth Court, our family development, is composed of 66 townhouses for families and 12 senior units.
